Cross-Country Program

Our cross-country program is designed to develop students' endurance, promote physical fitness, and instill a love for running. Our dedicated coaches work to create a positive and supportive environment where students can grow both athletically and personally. The program is open to students in grades 4-8 and runs during the fall season. With regular practices and competitive meets, our cross-country program offers a comprehensive athletic experience.

Program Details

  • Ages: Grades 4-8
  • Season: Fall (September – November)
  • Practice Schedule: Twice a week after school
  • Meets: Weekly meets against other local schools
